For more than 20 years I have developed and produced Tissue Engineered Products, so-called Advanced Therapies Medicinal Products (ATMP), led a biopharmaceutical company producing cartilage products and successfully brought these products through the newly introduced regulations.

Over this time, I have become familiar with the development of new efficacy tests, animal models and animal studies. The cartilage product was also successfully tested in clinical trials.

For a long time I have worked as Head of Production with a background in veterinary medicine, specializing in laboratory diagnostics, but mostly in the human sector. I have worked as a cell biologist, creating new therapeutics in the field of cell biology, built a production site with custom-designed isolator technology and integrated equipment and was the Chief Operating Officer of the company.

In addition to my scientific and management background I am also trained as a coach and qualified as a mediator. The combined expertise in these fields allows me to work efficiently with project teams as well as with executive management.
